K&C Investments, Inc. is a private real estate investment firm focused on the acquisition and operation of multifamily and commercial properties.  In addition, we provide private money lending collateralized by real estate.

Our primary goal is to achieve immediate and regular cash flows to our investors.  In addition, we focus on deals that can produce significant returns on investment for our investors.  To accomplish these goals, K&C Investments, Inc. utilizes its large network in the Northern California real estate industry and its principals’ more than 15 years of experience to identify, analyze, and act on attractive opportunities. 

We focus on acquiring undervalued assets and applying our expertise to generate significant returns for investors.  K&C Investments, Inc. has extensive experience in residential and commercial properties as well as land and development deals.

K&C Investments, Inc. conducts a thorough financial analysis to analyze and project future returns on each potential project.  In addition, we utilize our network of resources to assess risk and obtain the best terms available for each transaction.

Once a property has been acquired, K&C Investments, Inc. implements proactive property management strategies and tactics. This may include improving tenant profile and retention as well as better marketing, stronger day-to-day management, and value added property improvements. 

Through our property management company, Quality Property Management (QPM), we seek to improve the livelihood of our residents.  We host activities such as community events, neighborhood watch meetings, tenant parties and recipe exchanges to develop a stronger sense of unity and cooperation among the residents. We monitor satisfaction levels through surveys and periodic meetings, all to ensure that QPM properties are well run and meeting residents’ needs. 

Ultimately, our actions help add value and boost cash flow, thus creating above market yields to investors in the form of increased cash flow payouts and resale appreciation.  Upon disposition, these efforts pay off in the form of above-market prices and quicker sales.
